An AI conversation is the assistant's exchange with one person, within 24 hours of the assistant's first reply. It counts only when the AI actually answers - with the bot switched off, or when you reply yourself, nothing is counted. WhatsApp conversations do not spend AI conversations; they spend messages from the WhatsApp bundle. Your own scrolling through messages and looking at the account does not count.

When the monthly AI conversations run out, conversations already under way carry on as normal, and in new ones clients wait for your reply. We tell you in good time, and you decide whether to move up a plan. There is no automatic top-up charge.

No. 7 days free · no card · pay only when you pick a plan. The trial starts the moment you create your account, and you enter a card only when you pick a plan - it is charged right away. If you never pick one, the assistant stops answering after the trial and nothing is charged.

By card. Payments are handled by Paddle, our authorized reseller (merchant of record). The charge shows up on your card statement as PADDLE.NET. Paddle also emails you a receipt for every charge. Prices are in euros and are charged in euros. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts at its own rate. If tax applies in your country, Paddle shows it before you confirm payment. The subscription renews monthly or yearly, depending on the billing you pick, until you cancel it.

WhatsApp switches on with the WhatsApp module - a monthly message bundle covering everything Avenos sends on WhatsApp: the assistant's replies, reminders, booking confirmations and birthday messages. Every message sent spends one message from the bundle. Instagram conversations do not spend messages from the bundle; reminders and confirmations go over WhatsApp even when the client wrote on Instagram, if their phone number is on file. If you run through the bundle before the month is out, a top-up of 500 messages costs 35 € - bought with one click, never charged on its own. A top-up lasts 6 months, is spent only once the bundle is used up and carries over month to month.

A message from the bundle is spent by everything Avenos sends on WhatsApp: an assistant reply, a booking confirmation, a reminder or a birthday message - and a reply you type yourself from the inbox spends one the same way. Messages the client sends are not counted. An average conversation spends about 5 messages - which is why every bundle also shows roughly how many conversations that is. Reminders and confirmations come out of the same bundle. Bundles of 800 / 2,000 / 6,000 messages are therefore roughly 160 / 400 / 1,200 conversations a month.

Instagram conversations carry on as normal. On WhatsApp we tell you when you have used 80% of the bundle; once it is gone, you buy a top-up with one click or move up to a bigger module. There is no automatic charge - nothing extra is billed without your confirmation.

You cancel with one click in the app (Settings, then Subscription). The service runs to the end of the period you paid for and the card is not charged again. The account then stays read-only for another 90 days - you can log in and download each client's data (profile, appointments, conversations) as a CSV file that opens in Excel.

You do not have to migrate clients up front - the AI opens a record the moment someone writes to you. Avenos takes your services and prices from your website or your price list. If you have a large database and want us to move it, write to support@avenos.ai and we will sort it out.
